NOTE: Taiwan is the only country as of February 2020 that is allowed to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization. What is required to get a visa for the Philippines?

You will need to have your passport and travel plans ready to show officials when you go to the embassy or consulate for the paper application. Those travelers from Taiwan can simply fill out our online form for the electronic travel authorization, which works the same as a paper visa.

How long do I have to use the electronic travel authorization once I receive it?

Your electronic travel authorization is only valid for 30 days after issued so be sure to plan your trip accordingly.

  • Accommodation Information - Where are you lodging during your trip? Be able to show receipts or reservations.

  • Current Passport - Your passport must be valid for at least six months past the date you plan to arrive in Taiwan.
  • Travel Itinerary - Customs officials in the Philippines want to see that you plan to exit the country at some point before your travel authorization expires.

How long does it take to process a visa application for the Philippines?

During the application process for the Philippines electronic travel authorization, you will need to select a processing speed. We have three speeds to choose from:
